The location was perfect, next to the underground which makes it very easy to explore the city. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and with amazing views. Breakfast was great. Big thank you to German at the reception as he was of a great help to us. He recommended all sort of places to visit in Shanghai which were great. He was immensely helpful, friendly and professional.

The property boasts an exceptional location, proximate to the metro station and area attractions. Front desk staff are fluent in English. The room was satisfactory and comfortable.

There was a nice warm pool. The breakfast was worth paying extra for, a lot of choices with both classical western hotel breakfast and Chinese foods to choose from. Very nice view of the city from the hotel rooms and nice view from the bar and restaurant in the dome highest up. The personnel were kind. Especially when we were drinking tea in the hotel lobby lounge a staff member called Selina was very nice and helpful!

Central location near the main shopping area and the Bund with easy access to the metro. The room was spacious and clean with complimentary water bottles, coffee and tea. Great value!

It was close to everything - train station, tourist hop on/hop off bus, Nanjing Road pedestrian district. Great location and excellent facilities in the room. Also very good value for money for the quality of the hotel.
